I bought these for work, the anti-slip didn't work very well on the flat clean floors. The soles that came with the shoes needed replacement after about two weeks of work. The breathable material works excellent in the 80-150 degree temperatures of the work floor. The shoes are very light and comfortable. I had been wearing rubber boots while waiting for these to come in and when I brought them in to work the rest of the crew loved them. Some weren't convinced they were steel toes until they stepped on them. I had used the Rush Order delivery expecting to receive the shoes in 1-3 days. It had been almost a whole week before I received the shoes which was rather aggravating. The anti-slip issue is the biggest drawback of these shoes, mostly because of the amount of times I fell trying to help push rolls. I do have to say I would probably still buy another pair from TIS, just not these specific shoes.
